1. Oxtail tortelloni with crispy sweet breads and vlahotyri cheese
2. Pan fried Monkfish and Langoustine with cardamom basmati rice and wild greens
3. Roast Duck leg with caramelized garlic, thyme potatoes and baby carrots
4. Rustic Filo Pie filled with Swiss chard, feta and dill garnished with handmade goat labneh
